Effective date: June 18, 2026

Last updated: June 18, 2026

🇺🇸 English

These Terms apply equally to Vibeet mobile, Vibeet Web and public web pages loaded inside the mobile app.

Important points

You must be 18 or older to use Vibeet.
You own your content, but grant Vibeet the license needed to display, distribute, translate, moderate and improve it within the service.
Do not harass, impersonate, spam, scrape, manipulate rankings, fake check-ins or bypass privacy/block settings.
Meetups, events and check-ins involve real-world activity. Use judgment, follow laws and prioritize safety.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Vibeet, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vibeet.

If you use Vibeet on behalf of a business or place owner, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service. You may not use Vibeet if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for serious violations.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for your account credentials, sessions and activity. Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may require email verification, session checks or additional safety steps before allowing access to some features.

4. The Vibeet service

Vibeet helps users capture lifestyle moments, discover places, connect with people, chat, create invites, attend events, check in, grow rankings, earn achievements and build a My Vibe memory profile.

Features may be changed, paused, limited or discontinued as the product evolves. Some features may be available only in certain regions, languages, platforms or rollout groups.

5. User content and license

You retain ownership of the content you create. By submitting content to Vibeet, you grant Vibeet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, translate, moderate, adapt for formatting and use the content to operate, improve and promote the service.

This license ends when your content is deleted from active systems, except where retention is needed for safety, legal, backup, audit or legitimate operational reasons, or where the content has been shared by others and not deleted by them.

6. Public and private surfaces

You are responsible for choosing the appropriate visibility for your moments, profile, places, events and share cards. Public content may be viewed, shared or indexed outside your immediate audience.

Do not attempt to access, reveal or distribute private content, blocked-user content or non-public profile data.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, impersonate or dox others.
  • Post illegal, sexual exploitation, hateful, violent, self-harm, malware, scam or otherwise unsafe content.
  • Spam, scrape, automate abusive requests, interfere with service reliability or reverse engineer private APIs.
  • Fake check-ins, manipulate ranking, abuse rewards, create duplicate accounts or bypass moderation/safety systems.
  • Bypass blocks, privacy settings, rate limits, authentication, verification or access controls.
  • Use Vibeet to plan illegal activity or encourage unsafe real-world behavior.

8. Places, check-ins, invites and events

Places, check-ins, invites and events connect Vibeet to the real world. You are responsible for your decisions, safety, transportation, compliance with local rules and interactions with other people or businesses.

Vibeet does not guarantee that a place is safe, open, accurate, available or suitable. Check information before visiting and follow local laws and venue rules.

9. Chat and communications

Do not send spam, threats, illegal content, unsolicited commercial messages or abusive messages. We may provide block, report, safety and moderation tools to protect users and service integrity.

Push notifications, reminders and badges are convenience features and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on Vibeet as an emergency communication channel.

10. Ranking, growth, rewards and campaigns

Ranking, achievements, growth missions, referral rewards and campaigns are product experiences designed to motivate healthy activity. We may change, pause, reverse or withhold points, badges, rewards or rankings if we detect abuse, fraud, error, policy violation or technical issues.

Ranking formulas, anti-abuse systems and internal weights are not public and may change without notice. Public UI may show explanations or driver buckets but not private formula internals.

11. Business and place owner surfaces

If you claim or manage a place, campaign, offer or business profile, you must provide accurate information and have authority to do so. You are responsible for honoring offers and complying with applicable business, advertising, consumer protection and venue rules.

Vibeet may remove, suspend or limit claimed surfaces, campaigns or owner access if information is inaccurate, unsafe, misleading or violates policy.

12. Vibeet intellectual property

Vibeet, the Vibeet name, logos, design, software, interfaces, ranking systems and service content are owned by Vibeet or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to use Vibeet brand assets except as expressly allowed.

13. Third-party services

Vibeet may integrate with maps, storage, analytics, payment, push, calendar, social login, email or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Vibeet is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

14. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, disable business surfaces or take other action when we believe there is a violation, risk, abuse, legal issue or product integrity concern.

We may use automated and human review. We may not always provide detailed reasons if doing so could harm safety, security or anti-abuse systems.

15. Termination

You may stop using Vibeet or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, cause harm or expose Vibeet to legal or security issues.

After termination, provisions that by nature should survive will continue, including content license limits, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute-related provisions.

16. Disclaimers

Vibeet is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, availability of any place, event, ranking, reward, match, notification or user-generated content.

Use real-world judgment. Vibeet is not responsible for offline interactions between users, venues, events or businesses.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Vibeet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities arising from use of the service.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Vibeet evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, email or another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
